Lu Jeng-Wei received his PhD in the field of life science from joint PhD programs in biomedicine of the National Central University and National Health Research Institutes,Taiwan. Dr. Lu has a total of 7.5 years’ experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow with National Taiwan University and National University of Singapore. His research interests focus on four fields; (1) Identification of the clinical prognostic markers for human cancers; (2) Explore the mechanism of tumorigenesis; (3) Establishment of zebrafish or mouse tumor models; (4) Drug screening of anticancer, antiviral and antiarthritis.

He is currently working under Prof. Timothy K. Lu’s team, and works in a collaborative project between SMART and MIT for establishing a high-throughput platform for anticancer drug screening.
